Let me start by saying I don't leave positive reviews unless an item REALLY impresses me. Why, because I expect the items I buy to work well as they are designed to. That being said this rower REALLY does impress me!OK, I bought this rower about a month ago and waited to see what I thought after multiple workout sessions before leaving a review. Before I moved to the countryside I belonged to Orange Theory Fitness and enjoyed their rowing machines. So obviously being used to true professional ro
I needed to relieve some neck pain while using the reformer in our Pilates class. This for the bill. It fits nicely on the headrest and the add elastic strap holds in place well. As other reviewers have stated, it is very firm yet not uncomfortable. For me its firmness is necessary for stability and support. If youre looking neck support on your reformer give it a try.
I am pretty handy putting things together. I can usually make alot of sense out of instructions that are said to be difficult. I even enjoy putting things together immensely. For me, this trampoline was not given acceptable instructions to get it put together without raising your blood pressure and causing irritation.I did need to take apart and try again several times with getting that handle bar assembly attached properly to the bottom and the legs. It was not described correctly in the bookle
I've waited a good long time to write this review, but here goes.I really like this machine. It' quiet, stores easily, and is sturdy. The chair slides smoothly, though I do occasionally feel like I might wobble off of it--a repositioning usually fixes this problem. The cushion itself is a non-issue, which is to say that I've never thought about the cushion once while using it. It is a comfortable middle ground between sturdy and soft and doesn't provide any discomfort during the workout itself.
These handles don't appeal to me. I think I'm too out of shape for them.
Bouncy, sturdy, lots of fun for adult and kids. Easy to assemble and fold away
There are lots of different styles and brands of rowing machines out there. Because I was seeking a rower for under two hundred dollars, I did a lot of shopping around before settling on the Stamina 1205. I read a lot about different types of rowers, and decided that I would prefer something that was silent and that would not lose tension after a few minutes of rowing. While some of the reviews for the Stamina 1205 I read were less than stellar, there were several that were quite positive. It too
My Pilates set fit perfectly. Easy to put together myself. Works well. Glad I purchased it
We bought this as an upgrade from the Little Tykes toddler trampoline. It is very securely built and both my grands - ages 3 and 5 - can bounce on it at the same time. My older one has learned to use the bar for flips! Its a great indoor activity for these dreary cold winter days! It did take my husband and I about 45 minutes to put it together as the instructions are a little hard to follow:)
I was nervous to purchase this because there weren't any reviews at the time I purchased it. The model below this one has plenty of reviews where most of the complaints stemmed from the foot rest not being large enough and the machine being noisy while rowing. I took a chance and got this model and it seems those issues have been addressed. The machine was easy to assemble, took less than 15 mins, the only issue I had was putting the bottom part, that goes in the back, the stabilizer, on the meda

This is the best piece of exercise equipment I've ever purchased! I thought that I'd never enjoy anything more than I did my Total Gym! I do now! This Pilates chair is strong, sturdy, and incredibly versatile! You can make adjustments in strength levels with minor modifications --quick and easy! You'll be amazed at how quickly your body begins to respond and you never get bored because there are so many different positions and variations of positions. If you've been thinking about buying a Pilat

I've had my Stamina 1402 for six weeks now. First of all, I think it' a fine, sturdy machine. It was fairly easy to put together even by one person. Once together, it glides very smoothly and has a good amount of resistance. No damper needed - the harder I pull the more resistance the machine gives back. In six weeks of using it daily for thirty minutes it' given me no issues at all. I'm very pleased with it and consider it a good buy for my cardio workouts. There a a very few things I don't c
When I came to write the review, I saw that it was currently unavailable. If it ever comes back for purchase, don't hesitate. It' super lightweight and very well made. I have a very small workout space and I store this up against the wall and I'm so happy with it. It really helps with my floor work
Theres a weight limit of 220 so the whole family gets to use this trampoline. Highly recommend
This rower does the job and was easy to put together. It' an air rower so there is no resistance settings, you control the resistance by how fast and hard you pull. I went this route instead of a magnetic resistance rower because I was worried I would max out of the resistance over time with the magnetic type. The added benefit is you get a nice breeze as you row!The noise isn't bad and I can watch a video with ear buds without issue while rowing. With the door closed the noise doesn't bother o
I was concerned this would not have support spines running on the underside of this barrel, but was relieved to see it was well reinforced. I included a photo of the underside, which was what I wanted to see before I made my purchase, but wasn't available. It is made in China and I am happy with the quality and sturdiness of it. The only thing I found odd and of lower quality is the two side handles, they are plastic. I will probably replace them with metal ones just for peace of mind. The paddi
My 2.5 year old LOVES this. I am so glad we purchased it. It' large enough that she doesn't fall off and it' so sturdy. We've been using it for over a month without a problem. It' great for the winter when it' tougher to get outside with the cold and ice. The assembly was easy and it only took about 20 minutes, maybe less. The only critic is that it' not very easy to disassemble and store. I would love if it were easier to collapse, but it does involve taking out a bolt/screw.
First, the good; It a arrived on time in a package with slight damage by the shipper. Despite the slight shipper damage, the product inside was in perfect condition. a tribute to the packaging. Assembly was easy, it took me about 30 relaxed minutes. Kudos to the manufacturer for including tools that would be perfectly adequate to assemble the rower. Now throw these away and grab some decent 13mm and 15mm sockets, a metric allen wrench set, and a phillips screwdriver. The flimsy wrench they inclu
Using in home studio I enjoy all aspects of the spine corrector to create a full body workout on such a simple creation!
I purchased this for my two year old Granddaughter. I assembled the next day in their bonus room and it is awesome. Very easy to assemble, although I used my own tools rather than the ones provided as they were rather small and difficult to work with. So with a cordless driver and pliers, I had it put together in a jiffy. The included spring puller works very well. Anyway, the trampoline is great. Very high quality and granddaughter is a jumping champion and burning off all that two year old ene

Although the Pilates method of exercise was developed by Joseph and Clara Pilates about 100 years ago, to me it' all pretty new. I had heard about some of the mat exercises but not the Pilates reformer machine. I read about this just a few weeks back in a book called
This is a great and safe trampoline. It did not take long to assemble as all parts were included and instructions were very easy to follow. The T-joints seem to be well enforced. Will see if they are anti-rust as advertised. The thickened spring cover creates a zero gap design and seems soft enough that you won't get injured easily if landing on this part. The buckle and zipper seem safe and the foam covering the poles is a nice touch for added safety features. The springs look durable and have
Did quite a bit of research before buying this rower. Im newer to rowing so the only experience Ive had is with those high end commercial water units Ive used at a resort gym. They are very nice and work well. So, that was the expectation I was after but at a budget price. Stamina has a very good reputation in all the reviews I looked at. This DT 397 is a newer unit for them so I could not find much on it, but based on all the info I dug up I decided Stamina was a good choice and this model w

Writing Update in January 2022 to my last review:Second trampoline I was sent (after issues with the first trampoline) is holding up well. Have not had any rings break, and still works as well as when I received the second one in December 2020. I have not been using it as heavily as I was in 2020 - now using about 2 to 3 times a week at 30 minute sessions each. Would still recommend this product to others who are looking for an exercise trampoline (or a fun way to exercise).March 2021 ReviewSo t
Summary: This machine has exceeded my expectations. The assembly instructions were well-illustrated, but if you would struggle to assemble a dresser I would suggest the assistance of a second person. The action of the rower is fantastic and I have enjoyed my workouts immensely. I cant speak to the serious rowers out there, but for general fitness this rower is smooth, easy to operate, and has enough challenge to fit a wide variety of needs. I recommend this rower at the highest possible level.D
This is really a nice machine and it gives you a great workout. I can see the difference already. The people that Amazon use to handle delivery were great, on time and very helpful. Now the fun begins!Instructions for assembly are very good and tools provided were all you need, short of a screwdriver for the wheel replacement (will explain). They suggest you have someone to help you with assembly, make sure you do this, the machine is heavy. The key to putting this machine together properly is th
Put it together today. Recommend 2 people to unfold. Use care when unfolding, as the part that the legs screw into can get caught. Directions were pictures with minimal wording. Fairly easy to assemble.Handle is great for balance. Easy to adjust hand.e for different sizes. Handle is padded, which makes it comfortable to hold. No noise from springs. Did not slide while using, used on wood floor.Very satisfied with my purchase.

It came complete with no missing parts and included 5 dvds. It came mostly already put together, but my husband assembled it for me in about a half hour. It' such a fun workout that I look forward to doing it. I was worried it might be too loud in an apartment but it' mostly quiet. I'm a beginner and it' very easy to use. You learn the moves quickly and then don't even need the dvd and can just do it while watching any show. My husband likes doing it too. It' only been a week but I can alrea
My granddaughter loves this. Gave it to her for 4th birthday. Was a complete hit!
So far I like this rowing machine, it seems to be very well made and it was easy to put together. I am very happy with my purchase and I would buy this again, especially at the 499.00 I paid for it. To me the seat is very comfortable and glides up and down the rail with ease. The water splashing around in the container sounds like I am on the lake rowing a boat, it' not to loud and should not bother anyone in the next room. I can row and watch TV with the volume at a normal level. If you want a

This trampoline is large enough for a grown man to jump on. Wide enough to do different variations of exercises on. Sturdy. It took me no time to set up. Not real noisy when in use. My daughter loves it as well and shes 5. Should fit inside most rooms in a house without any issues. Havent tried to fold it back up but its an option.
Relatively straight forward assembly, which took just over 30 minutes. This is an amazingly well built machine. Every piece appears to be built with quality and endurance in mind. The machine is super quiet and super smooth, with an easy to read, and operate, display directly in front of me while rowing. If you have not watched their product video, do so. There was not one thing in that video that misrepresented this rowing machine. I am glad that I bought this machine and am already feeling the
Great bang for your buck! It' fairly easy to assemble, but a tad heavy. Easy to use and adjust the settings. Get a great workout without having to go to a pilates studio!
The directions do not have words, just pictures and numbers of the materials. It does not take that long to put together and is very durable, as that was my question with me being the one that put it together. My son loves it and is perfect for the cold-weather locations as it gives an easy and safe way to get some exercise and energy out! I highly recommend this if you have good space in your house for it. Worth every dollar! Great for children that have sensory or stimming needs!
I've only had my Stamina X Air Rower for about a month now and I am very impressed with it at this point. Even though it is China built the quality is quite high. Both my wife and I use it almost daily. I'm using it to try & rebuild my muscles that statin drugs had destroyed & my wife is using it for pre knee surgery therapy to improve the bending angle of her knees & to strengthen her leg muscles before her surgery. So far we have had no problems with the rower. It was very easy for one person t
Assembly was fine, it is best to have two people. The instructions were accurate and good. It is very important that the carriage rails line up perfectly so that the rollers roll smoothly. We had to use a pipe wrench to slightly twist one of the rails to get it to line up with the other. The reformer came with 4 black cords, we had to order a yellow and a red to replace two of the black cords. The reformer should ship with a variety of cords instead of all black. We had to replace the pulleys bec
Very sturdy and just enough bounce to be fun yet safe.My granddaughter loves it!
I've had unspectacular experiences with home fitness equipment in the past -- you get what you pay for -- so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Stamina Deluxe Conversion II Recumbent/Rower. It is a very well constructed machine, and the ergonomics and overall experience are excellent. Though it' not an inconsequential financial investment, I feel that it is a good value for the money, and it compares favorably to more expensive professional gym equipment.Having two machines in one
Recently upgraded to this new Pilates machine from Stamina products. We have had an earlier model, the Stamina Products JP4500, for around 15 years and the only thing we recently replaced were the rollers. Impressed with their reliability we ordered this product. We had a few minor issues primarily related to the shipment but Connie from customer service went above and beyond to address them to our complete satisfaction. The assembly of the product was relatively easy and I was able to complete
I purchased as a birthday gift for my 4 year old granddaughter. I was concerned with safety, durability, and ease of assembly. What a wonderful surprise! The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It is very sturdy and durable. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an indoor trampoline.
Solid, well-engineered and constructed, and the packaging was an engineering marvel in itself. Not much assembly required, was not missing any hardware, and needed tools were provided.Im 63 tall with 37 inseam measurement and with my legs fully extended there remains approximately 6 more seat travel.I filled the water bowl to the maximum level mark with distilled water - took 3-1/2 gallons.I use to this day a Stamina stair stepper I purchased around 1990, so I have reasonable expectations f
I love, love , lovvvve my new aero Pilates machine!! It is fairly easy to put together and works like a charm, especially for the price! I am super happy with this purchase. Ive been wanting one for a long time and they are just so expensive or they lie on the floor. This one is elevated and its perfect!
Our constantly jumping 5 year old grew out of his Little Tykes trampoline (a strap broke) and we were looking for a replacement with a higher weight limit, but the same size footprint and without metal springs. This was perfect! Exact same size but much stronger. Set up was super easy. 5 stars across the board except the design of the handle bar. It is adjustable, but not in a sturdy way. There are not adjustable set levels that the bar can click into, only pressure screws from the side holdin
I agree with all the other reviews for the most part. Very nice, solidly built, machine. Have had it for less than a week.I got it because aside from weights, treadmill, and recumbent bike, I also swim laps in my pool, but I'm closing it for the season soon and needed a machine that works my upper and lower body at the same time. I had considered an elliptical, but since I also own both a recumbent bike and a treadmill, really wanted something that would work my upper body more, and would be low
I am absolutely thrilled with the Reformer 608. I had an older version that used resistance tubes but I decided to take the plunge on a newer and upgraded version with the springs. I read alot of reviews before buying this AeroPilates version. Some were very interesting that I would like to comment on. First things first, this is not a reformer one finds in a Pilates studio which costs thousands. I have taken years of studio instruction and if you want that degree of equipment then go to a studi
The children loves it and they been jumping on it and it still standing so far.
Nice piece of equipment, sturdy and easy to assemble. This is a great piece of exercise equipment for those who may want to get into better shape. What I like is that you have the choose of rowing or biking and it folds up and out of the way. This is ideal for apartment living or if you just don't want your exercise equipment taking up all your space. The display can be seen even if you have bad eyes, the numbers are pretty large. The row handle is comfortable and is coated with foam of some sort
Have had this machine for a little over a week. Loved it. Yesterday I noticed that one of the bolts connecting the handle pulley was lose so I tightened it a bit. Had a great workout but noticed it was a little tighter than normal. Nothing to tight but I little more. Today while using it i hear a slight clanking as if there is some metal on metal hitting. I cant see anything but I decided to back the bolt out a bit thinking that may have been the issue. Unfortunately not. The pulley is moving f
I bought this item for my 3 year old nephew. He absolutely loves it. I didnt realize the ages suggested until afterwards. I was worried that he would outgrow it quickly, but it is durable. He jumps on it everyday since hes been out of school.

The Stamina AMRAP rower is the perfect competitor of the Concept II rower and its almost 1/2 the price. I was looking for a concept II rower for over a month hoping to find a deal or a used one. However, after I came across the stamina amrap and read the reviews, I decided to take a chance at half the price. At worst, Id send back if the quality didnt compete. Turns out, the stamina amrap rower is the perfect alternative for the concept 2 rower. Its quality is the same and the LCD gives you i
The Stamina earns its 5 stars for providing value (good function on a relatively low price) and convenience as it can fold in a 3 ft. by 1 ft. bundle for quick and easy storage when needed if one must exercise in a room whose primary function may be something other than a home gym. I purchased mine for my treadmill and I am very happy with my purchase, so far.Briefly, here are the more important facts worth knowing:- 3 ft. wide by 7 ft. long. It' the perfect size for my full-size treadmill.- Di

We bought this rebounder as a mini trampoline for our 3 year old daughter to use inside the house as a replacement for the air mattress that she was previously using as a trampoline. We received it a day and a half ago and it has been the center of attention since. At first she was a little less than impressed because she did not get much bounce on it but over the past day and a half she has become increasingly more attached to it. I put this thing together last night, only used it once but so far I'm pretty impressed for the price point. I'm 5' 9 @ 175lbs, I typically use a 45lb plate when doing Hyperextensions, and I have used the more expensive $300 Body Solid 45 degree hyper and commercial ones at LA Fitness. Surprised to say that this thing actually holds its own with the others, very solid and stable! Biggest surprise was the steel thickness, this thing actually has a decent quality feel and once everything was put

Let me say first - I now love this rower after a couple of weeks!! Easy to put together and works great. BUT, when I first received the rower and put it together, the mainframe didn't work properly at all. The fan was warped and the belt was rubbing against the fan and fraying on the first use. It was WAY loud, too. So, I emailed customer service on day three and told them the situation. I merely said that I didn't feel that I should have to pay for shipping back to the retailer for a defective

I just bought this and used it a few time but so far it' great. The quality really is fantastic and I don't think I'll ever have to buy another Plyo box. The paint quality is good, I didn't have any scratches/nicks/ or missed spots on mine. So far I've used this box for jumps-great, doesn't move/slip, and the rubber top surface has some cushion, and isn't slippery, elevated push-ups, stretching, etc-pretty good, the sides don't have any sharp surfaces so you won't cut yourself. Only possible co

I got the 42 and its plenty big. Frame is very sturdy decent gauge round tube. A decent amount of assembly is required. 3 piece frame clicks together, then you have to string 36 bungie like cords. Fairly easy, but think 1-2 hours. Dont plan on folding it up, or storing it away.Once assembled, its a very nice trampline with big bounce and very quiet. 100% more fun than metal springs. We will see how it holds up!
I just received this thing today, so I cannot speak to it' longevity. However, I am absolutely blown away by the design of this thing. It is extremely easy and fast to switch between weights, the cast iron grip is extremely durable and wide enough for 2 hands, and perhaps the biggest surprise is how well balanced it is. I was expecting this to be poorly balanced when at the lower weights, but that isn't the case at all. Whether I'm doing 16 or 36 pounds, all exercises feel the same regardless o

I started training advanced calisthenics exercises in February of this year. With this type of training, there are several pieces of equipment that can be very useful, but the one essential item is something to pull yourself up on. I find that a good pull up bar or a set of gymnastic rings fits the bill perfectly. But with a quality bar this cheap, it' easy to get both!Initially I used one of those doorway pull up bars, and in all honesty it is an excellent piece of equipment that you can use t

This was very easy to assemble and everything was nicely packaged. I have used this several times already, both standing and sitting, and absolutely love the smooth feel. The monitor easily snaps in and out so you can switch the display to face you whether you are sitting or standing. I am not a very coordinated guy and do not even know how to roller skate so I was not sure how well I would fare standing up, but it was a breeze!! I am 5'10 and 225 lbs. and am very impressed with this machine. I have only had the machine for 2 weeks now, but am very happy with the workout I get and the construction of the unit. I am used to working out in the gym, but recently had major surgery on both shoulders. Because of this, I have been out of the gym for a year. In the gym, I lift weights for an hour and then spend another hour on the stepmill. Because of the surgeries, I have lost alot of muscle and had my metabolism slow down beca
I was excited when it arrived, but that excitement went away when I started to assemble it. In order to connect the handle to the elliptical mechanism, you need to have 2 nose pliers or very thin, long, strong fingers. Fortunately, I had two nose pliers, but it took me 20 minutes or so to get the little wires connected. It is possible to assemble most of the elliptical by yourself but you definitely need two people when you are connecting the elliptical mechanism. My mother helped me by holding
I was using a versa climber at the gym for my warmup. It absolutely kicked my butt. Best workout per minute, and I have a rowing machine, elliptical, and stationary bike. So when I wanted a climber for home, I wanted a versa climber. Until I saw the cost.So I researched and the Stamina had pretty good reviews. So I ordered one. Amazon said it would be delivered in 3 days and it took about 7 days. I think thats because UPS kept it longer so they could absolutely destroy the box. See the image be

The padded edges are so soft. The bar helps keep kiddo stable and the bounce fun is serious. The Eeyore graphic is adorable and the purple color is lovely, bright and playful.
Put together in an hour, used it right away!
This trampoline is absolutely perfect. Got it for Christmas for my 3 year old. I wanted something to help get his energy out inside. I live in a small double wide manufactured home and it fits nicely in my living room. (The picture shows it in the way of the walkway. It' been moved to a corner) I didn't set up the overhead bar or basket ball bar because he gets so high on it I'm afraid he will hit his head. The net around it keeps him from falling out and the foam on the poles are pretty padded
Perfect for someone to exercise with. Great value
We already had a smaller cheap little kids trampoline with a handle to hold on to when we ordered this, but we thought ordering a larger trampoline like this for our kids now that they've grown a bit (they're still pretty young at almost 3 and almost 5) would be worth it, and goodness gracious was it.First off, unlike the other kids trampoline we had, this one doesn't use springs and instead just uses these elastic bands, and I LOVE this design. It makes it basically impossible for them to ever
Liked that it' bigger than I thought. And really like the bar to hold on it for balance.
I have a herniated disc and a bone spur on my knee and needed to find a low-impact cardio workout that would not hurt my joints, knees and back. After doing some research, the rebounder is the ultimate form of cardio. NASA has studied and touted the benefits of rebounding. It' effective yet gentle on the body!I started searching for a rebounder last November but the negative reviews discouraged me from purchasing one. I decided to search again during Amazon' Prime Day this year. I've looked at
Out of all the years Ive been purchasing on Amazon this is one of the best purchases Ive made from here. I did a lot of research on many of these rebounders and this one nailed it! Bungees instead of noisy springs. Easy on the joints and FUN! Squat bar, rubber bottoms and quality solid materials all around.
Have had this bike for a week (used it a handful of times) but so far, it' a great bike! Really like the versatile arm workout options and the mechanics are smooth on that part. There' just enough tension to get a good, repetitive workout in and it' easy on the joints. I've had 3 babies in the last 5 years and my body has gone thru a lot of sickness and changes over those years. I don't workout...ever. With 3 kids 5 and under, who has the time Ha! I like the bike because it' easier on the

Since we are not going to a gym I wanted to get a small, fold away exercise bike and so far this is just what I wanted. I have yet to try an extended workout but just trying it out went great. Some people commented on the wheels being useless and others said it folded and wheeled away great.YOU HAVE TO PUT THE FRONT STABILIZER BAR ON THE CORRECT WAY! It' confusing because the directions do NOT say anything. The bar fits on two ways, with the wheels more toward the front and the wheels more towar
Love the easy assembly, light-weight frame, and compact design! It barely takes any room in my livingroom and I put it together with ease by myself. It' super quiet, simple to adjust to your personal settings, and easy to navigate the menu.Being in a higher, semi-standing position is better for my back than lower recumbent bikes or higher, standard bikes.A piece of the frame that connects to the front feet did bend a little during assembly, but has not effected functionality. The max weight capa

Like many others I customarily used a Concept II rowing machine, the gold standard, several times a week at my health club. However, my fear of visiting the club since March because of COVID19 with the expectation that the situation will last at least until the end of 2020, led me to purchase a rowing machine for my home. I thought about purchasing a Concept II but it is four times as much money and as of early August 2020 has a ten week waiting list. The Sunny SF-RW5515 was rated "best budget r
I received the package today at 2:09 pm. I ripped it out of the box and was momentarily confused. On first glance it looked almost entirely assembled. After ripping open the plastic, I noticed it needed 3 things- handle bar, connecting the arm to the hydraulic and releasing the back bar. It was such a simple operation. There was no crazy fluff with the packaging so clean up was a breeze. I immediately hopped on and was impressed. I went slowly and did 5 minutes in my living room. I then moved it
I'm so happy with this bike!! It' exactly what I wanted - comfortable, solid, well designed, adjustable, high quality and fun to use. I love using pedal exercisers; I've owned several over the years and I keep coming back to InStride. It' simple design makes it easy to use and simple to store. I'm getting back into daily exercise after a long illness and immediately searched for this exerciser. It is fantastic!
There isn't much I can add to the thousands of reviews that have already been posted but here are some of the things that concerned me and my take on them.Build quality:Some have said that this is poorly made and that the foot holders are flimsy and the straps that hold your foot on are not enough or in the wrong place. My take: The build quality is excellent. All the screws and parts fit perfect for assembly. The steel is thick and sturdy. The paint did chip where I tightened one of the screws s
I'm very pleased with this. It' an amazing value for $36.It is extremely sturdy. I was thinking it might be bendable lightweight aluminum, but I doubt that I could dent this with a sledgehammer. And while it is easy to move around, it is not a piece of lightweight junk.It is easy to assemble. The instructions looked daunting, but the nuts and bolts are all identical, and it rapidly became apparent that each leg gets attached to the main piece at three places, a t bolt screws into the top for te
This rower was recommended by a friend. I didnt want to invest in an expensive machine until I was sure rowing would be a good, low impact workout for me so this machine fit the bill. The quality is great for the price. Its quiet and rows smoothly and was easy to assemble. I did it on my own in about 45 minutes. Im 56 and my husband is 65. This rower works for both of us although the next level up, the Pro, is a touch longer with greater resistance and fits him a little better. After buyi
Love this portable exercise bike for my husband who has Parkinsons/dementia. Its easy to set/read the timer on the front. Its not too heavy but sturdy to keep it stationary on the floor. I also put it on a table so he can exercise his arms also. I didnt know this bicycle existed until the physical therapist brought it for my husband to use. I am very happy with my purchase!!

Easy on and off. Nice selection of options!
LOve this for my husband' main form of aerobics!
66 year old female. Missed using recumbent bike at the gym with Covid so bought one for home. Good bike for the price. Assembled in several hours - easier with 2 people at certain steps. Strong metal construction. Very sturdy once assembled. Can move by myself. Bike seat is comfortable. Very quiet while riding - Able to listen to book or music, or watch TV. Data monitor works well for speed, distance, time, pulse, & calories used. A good solution for exercise at home.
The packaging is excellent, and the instructions are clear. The manufacturer contacts you once to confirm your order, providing instructions and a contact number for installation assistance. Installation takes some time, around 2-3 hours. The equipment is fantasticI use it 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes without any issues, and there are no squeaking sounds. Overall, it' a good addition to your home.
Perfect for someone to exercise with. Great value
The resistance band didnt provide a lot of resistance but its definitely enough to get a good cardio session
Good bike. Provides a good workout. Easy to put together. Tools could fit a bit better, however, to be able to tighten everything better.
Im pretty happy I took a chance purchasing this with no reviews, Ive had this for just couple of days so Ill have to update in couple of months, but so far this is a great bike. This is exactly what I was looking for my small apartment. I was eyeing a Schwinn and several other small foldable bikes but they were constantly out of stock and more expensive. The assembly was very easy, I was able to assemble it in under 30 minutes while I was watching tv. The hardest part was removing a clip that
I love this machine! Easy to put together and whisper quiet! Light weight and rolls easily. Straps are more than enough resistance for me. I am 57 and there is way more room to adjust seat for longer legs. I think I will be in shape in no time with the meter that keeps track of everything for me. Thanks Amazon for the super quick shipping! It arrived quickly and in one piece. Thanks USPS! All of the parts were there, no damage at all, instructions were easy to read. It says that a mat is a goo
I don't write reviews often but I just wanted to talk about my experience so far with this machine from assembly to usage incase anyone was thinking about buying this. TLDR; i recommend it lol
Arrival-Received my package on time with no problems. Off the bat the box was huge and pretty heavy just to bring inside. If you're able to get help to carry/assemble it, I'd use the help. I did everything myself though so it' still doable alone. When you first unpack the machine it looks very intimidating & chaotic with plastic, tape, & cardboard everywhere. I just separated everything as neatly and organized as possible so it wasn't too bad. It comes with tools to assemble, so if you don't have any it'll still work but I used my own for a few things (see pic).
Assembly-Took me a couple hours because I was doing other things at the time. The instructions were alittle confusing for me but I was able to find the assembly video on youtube and watched it at slow speed a couple times. I found the process much easier that way. In my box specifically one of the items was the wrong part (the right cover at the base of the neck was completely different from the left one, looks like it may have belonged to a different machine and didn't fit at all so I couldn't put that on at all). Also later down the road I accidently over tightened one of the screws to where it actually broke and there were no extras that came in the box so i couldn't secure the right arm completely (see pic). I basically needed to contact the seller for replacements. I was still able to put the whole thing together and use it, it just wasn't as secure as I'd like.
Contact with seller-This was my first time ever contacting a seller regarding a replacement item so I was a bit nervous and wasn't sure what to do. Usually I'd just leave the problem unresolved and deal with it being put partially together but this time around I gave it a try since I purchased the warranty with the machine. I just followed the prompts on the Amazon site, contacted the seller via Amazon only, not through email or anything else and provided pictures/explained the situation thoroughly on the exact pieces needed(reference the manual if you don't know the name of the piece). Wanna (name of customer service rep that helped me) was a delight to work with. They were prompt with their responses and knew exactly what to ship out. I asked if I should return the wrong piece to them but they said not to worry about it and to save my money on shipping which was thoughtful so I tossed it lol. I received the replacements within 3 days which was super fast (honestly would've been even faster but time zone differences and my work schedule got in the way) but they provided a tracking number just incase. Everything came just as described and I received extra screws instead of the (1) that I needed so that was cool too. I took apart the machine in some areas in order to put the cover on (fits perfectly) and works just as before. That whole process was stress free and much appreciated.
Usage-I've used the elliptical everyday since assembly on 06/05/2023 for 30mins/day and so far it' holding up quite nicely. It' fairly light once put together and easy to move with the front wheels. I have it stored near my fire place on carpet but when I'm ready to use it I just roll it in front of the tv with no problems and put it back when I'm done, super simple. I used to use the Bowflex Max Trainer at my parent' house which I liked but I recently moved to my own apartment (1st floor) so I wanted to find something similar at a lower price. After doing some research I decided on this one. I wanted one with more stepping motions rather then full leg swing scissor motion if that makes sense. From a noise stand point it' a night and day difference. You can't really hear anything with this machine which is perfect for an apartment (the BMT is pretty loud which I didn't care for). Movement wise it flows very smooth (some of the parts came lubricated so that was a plus). I don't use the features much on either machine but it does have a dial available incase you want to increase the resistance (I'm currently on 4 but it can dial all the way to 16 which is crazy lol). The screen lays a bit low/flat but i'm still able to put my phone down and watch videos if needed (the BMT screen lights up and glows in the dark, this machine does not but i prefer it this way). I'm a 5'11" female weighing around 215lbs which is over my recommended weight for my height but I'm working on it lol. At first it was alittle bit wobbly but once I received that missing cover piece it stabilized the machine a lot better around the neck. I use it on carpet and it stays in place just fine. There' more features but like I said, I barely use them. Overall I'm pleasantly surprised with how everything came out and would recommend this to anyone looking for a solid elliptical, best of luck to ya.
So if you use it exactly as directed then it works great. Which is why I give it 5 stars. Now if you are like me, I wanted to use the desk to put my keyboard and mouse on with a monitor on my desk. Figuring that the room for a laptop should be enough for a mouse and keyboard. (it is not)If you happen to have a standing desk and see the comment below where they removed the desk bar and put it underneath. Yes this will work, but there is a $40 cheaper version that gets you there. If you think (lik
This item has been very helpful in the rehabilitation of my back following a complete fusion of my spine.
The Stamina earns its 5 stars for providing value (good function on a relatively low price) and convenience as it can fold in a 3 ft. by 1 ft. bundle for quick and easy storage when needed if one must exercise in a room whose primary function may be something other than a home gym. I purchased mine for my treadmill and I am very happy with my purchase, so far.Briefly, here are the more important facts worth knowing:- 3 ft. wide by 7 ft. long. I purchased the table a week ago and I've been using it everyday.ive been increasing the time and stretch a little at a time. It has given me great relief in my lower back and hips. I have to herniated disk along with other problems. I would recot it to anyone with a hurting back. Do not push handle forward to release it is a pretty violent release. Just remove neck strap and arm support and slide down a little. Gives me relief while on the table haven't got any long lasting relief yet.

I've regularly worked out for many years at many gyms and can say I've seen them all when it comes to commercial quality gym equipment. I bought this bench primarily for the roman chair (back hyperextension) exercise capability since I'm very prone to back problems when I do not exercise regularly. The ab and compaction features were only added benefits that intrigued my wife.To start, this is not commercial quality, but it is not $500 either. It is however extremely well made and much more s

I can't be anything but pleased about being able to purchase a pair of 50 pound adjustable dumbbells for $177 with free shipping included since most similar products can cost you over $400. The dumbbells arrived nicely packaged and unharmed from the shipping process. They are easy to adjust in weight and they have the appearance of being a nice quality product. My

Really well made and sturdy. Love the rock climbing holds. Definitely check the width of your doors though. They didnt fit on any doors except luckily one closet door is a couple inches shorter than the rest or I would have had to return it.

After owning 2 indoor home pull up/dip stations, this one is the most sturdy and stable I have owned. I have it set up outside on my concrete back yard patio and it is stable enough for what I use it for that I don't need to bolt it down. I lined the bottom with rubber garage door weather seal. I weigh 165 lbs. and use it regularly for weighted pull ups and dips, hanging leg/knee raises, toe to bar, windshield wipers, and the lower bar for mountain climbers. However, if you plan on performing an

I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this particular piece of exercise equipment. Hands-down is the best value for your money and the most versatile piece of equipment on the market. I have spinal stenosis at disks L4/L5 and L5/S1 and had surgery 12 years ago with excellent results. I have been using my Stamina in-line back stretcher now for a couple of weeks, and so far I'm very happy with it. It arrived in 3 days, and was very easy to assemble. I have scoliosis so hoping to straighten my back some, but mainly to keep it from getting worse. My chiropractor says it' fine as long as I don't over do it. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis. I have had this disease since I was a teenager. I have tried everything to get relief in the mid thoracic region of my upper back where I have fusion in two discs. Yoga made me feel worse, pilates doesn't work, foam rollers do nothing. Hot baths and heating pads work for awhile but it takes a long time with either of those to get relief. I've read the instructions multiple times. I've put this thing together and it doesn't do anything. The jaw that is supposed to grab the teeth and move the seat to decompress you doesn't hold. As if you just keep flapping your arm with the bars and no decompression happens.

My wife did turn up the volume a little but has not asked me to take it to the basement for use. If you have ever used a motorized treadmill and expecting the same with this you may be disappointed. Because it isn't motorized you supply the energy to mo

Love it, I usually wear L as ordered L/XL size end up really large on my size. Quality wise is good actually quite thick compare to other brand and so far not an issue as been using this for exercise everyday.
I was on the fence about buying this because it is a lot of money and some of the reviews mentioned stability issues and sharp corners. Well, after using it several times I can report: 1) there are no stability issues. It is built like a tank. I am 5'6, 140lb and it doesn't budget. Now, I did have to put it on a level floor. If your floor isn't level, of course, it is going to move a little with use, but that is because of the floor, not the equipment. 2) contrary to what one reviewer said, this has no sharp corners. The corners are rounded. Now, if you fall and hit it on your way down, I am sure it is going to hurt because, um, it is metal, not padding. But, there are no sharp corners. In sum, I love this box because 1) adjustable, 2) easily adjusted, 3) stable and safe.
Substantial structure, yet it is easy to carry around the yard/patio (when mowing, etc.) because you can stand in its center and lift it. And I am in my 50s, am 5'7, and weigh 135. It is also sized fine for both me and my husband is 511 and it also fits him--the equipment doesn't rock or tip (it is not recommended for anyone > 300 pounds).A long doormat or runner placed under it on the patio makes the exercises less ouchy on the knees and also prevents paint scratches. But it will likely
However, if you plan on performing an
I started training advanced calisthenics exercises in February of this year.
I can't be anything but pleased about being able to purchase a pair of 50 pound adjustable dumbbells for $177 with free shipping included since most similar products can cost you over $400. I received the product within 7 days of placing my order so that was also a surprise as I expected it to take a little while longer. The dumbbells arrived nicely packaged and unharmed from the shipping process. They are easy to adjust in weight and they have the appearance of being a nice quality product. My
This is exactly what I wanted for my home gym. High quality, very sturdy and easy assembly. I highly suggest it!
Great buy
Really well made and sturdy. Love the rock climbing holds. Definitely check the width of your doors though. They didnt fit on any doors except luckily one closet door is a couple inches shorter than the rest or I would have had to return it.

I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this particular piece of exercise equipment. Hands-down is the best value for your money and the most versatile piece of equipment on the market. Sturdy and well-built you wont feel like you are working out on a tin can with this device. Its made from real steel unlike some of the other ones youll find.In addition their customer support is very good. The back rest portion of my unit had a very small cut in the leather, probably there from sh

I have spinal stenosis at disks L4/L5 and L5/S1 and had surgery 12 years ago with excellent results. At this point, I do find that I naturally get sciatica pain after I work too many overtime hours sitting at my job. The best treatment for me is ice and spinal traction.I have owned the Nubax for 5 years now. A few years ago I had a bad reoccurance of the sciatica and was worried I'd need another surgery. I researched back traction on the internet and the Nubax was given one of the best reviews a
I have been using my Stamina in-line back stretcher now for a couple of weeks, and so far I'm very happy with it. It arrived in 3 days, and was very easy to assemble. I have scoliosis so hoping to straighten my back some, but mainly to keep it from getting worse. My chiropractor says it' fine as long as I don't over do it. So I use it for about 15 min/day, and gradually increase tension every few minutes until I reach a moderate stretch. It really does help to relax and stretch the muscles as w
I am even on an immuno suppressor and that only last a few days. I feel very stiff and sore most of the time so my Rheumatologist
I've read the instructions multiple times. I've put this thing together and it doesn't do anything. The jaw that is supposed to grab the teeth and move the seat to decompress you doesn't hold. As if you just keep flapping your arm with the bars and no decompression happens.

Bike was very easy to put together. Nice and quiet when peddled. Easy to pedal and do other things at the same time liking it. Will get lots of extra exercise. Just assembled today and really like it.
This is and excellent piece of work. Very refined strong and stable. And it is absolutely silent. Very easy to assemble. At first my life was a bit upset over having a piece of exercise equipment in our living room. However it has a very small footprint and I think she' getting used to it. So if you use it exactly as directed then it works great. Which is why I give it 5 stars. Now if you are like me, I wanted to use the desk to put my keyboard and mouse on with a monitor on my desk. (it is not)If you happen to have a standing desk and see the comment below where they removed the desk bar and put it underneath. Yes this will work, but there is a $40 cheaper version that gets you there. If you think (lik
I'm so happy with this bike!! It' exactly what I wanted - comfortable, solid, well designed, adjustable, high quality and fun to use. This is my first ride after putting it together and I'm never getting off! Here' how shipping and assembly went today. The bike shipped quickly and was well packaged. All of the packing materials were recyclable, including the styrofoam they used, which was great. You can tell that they take pride in their products when you unpack all of the pieces. They are substa
The treadmill arrived on time. The box was in good condition. We put this together easily in under 15 min with 2 people (could have done it by myself, but it was easier with an extra set of hands.) The directions were clear, all of the parts were in the box and padded well. The frame looks sturdy. I lubricated the board under the belt well with WD-40 Brand Silicone Lubricant Spray before trying it for the first time. I walked on this for 40 minutes for the first try (with pauses to adjust my pos

The mv bike is absolutely amazing! Ive been using it recently for my workouts and I love how it has its own smart audio coaching app, that has all the coaching you need with different programs from intervals to hills, In addition it also comes with a heart monitor.

It too
I was nervous to purchase this because there weren't any reviews at the time I purchased it.

If you want a
Relatively straight forward assembly, which took just over 30 minutes. I am glad that I bought this machine and am already feeling the
I've only had my Stamina X Air Rower for about a month now and I am very impressed with it at this point.

This was very easy to assemble and everything was nicely packaged. I have used this several times already, both standing and sitting, and absolutely love the smooth feel. The monitor easily snaps in and out so you can switch the display to face you whether you are sitting or standing.
See the image be
I was excited when it arrived, but that excitement went away when I started to assemble it.
Put together in an hour, used it right away!
Perfect for someone to exercise with. Great value
I like the bike because it' easier on the
This is and excellent piece of work. Very refined strong and stable. And it is absolutely silent. Very easy to assemble. At first my life was a bit upset over having a piece of exercise equipment in our living room. However it has a very small footprint and I think she' getting used to it. Due to my health I am only able to exercise moderately and in small increments. This machine allows me to spend 10 or 15 minutes exercising on the bike every hour that I am watching television or working. I w
Arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Securely packaged but easy to unbox and assemble. I had it up and running in about 30 minutes. It peddles very quiet. The magnetic resistance is easy to adjust providing consistent resistance for all the settings.I wanted something that would provide arm aerobics without going the elliptical route. The hand grips and foot peddles move independently of each. Load metrics (i.e. PRM and distance) come from the peddles. No metrics are generated by the han
I love using pedal exercisers; I've owned several over the years and I keep coming back to InStride. It' simple design makes it easy to use and simple to store. I'm getting back into daily exercise after a long illness and immediately searched for this exerciser. It is fantastic!

This is exactly what I wanted for my home gym. High quality, very sturdy and easy assembly. I highly suggest it!
Great buy
I've regularly worked out for many years at many gyms and can say I've seen them all when it comes to commercial quality gym equipment. I bought this bench primarily for the roman chair (back hyperextension) exercise capability since I'm very prone to back problems when I do not exercise regularly. The ab and compaction features were only added benefits that intrigued my wife.To start, this is not commercial quality, but it is not $500 either. It is however extremely well made and much more s

I spent a fair amount of time looking at reformers online, hemming and hawing about whether to buy one. My concerns were cost of the high-end ones, quality of the mid and low priced ones, and how much space it would take up in our spare bedroom. This reformer wins on all counts! The $650 price point means it pays for itself in fewer than 20 skipped classes. That would be 20 weeks at my pace of one class per week, but that brings up another advantage - I use it two or three times per week, rather

I know everyone says that theses reviews are fake. I hope you can just believe me and trust this review! I have never wanted to write a review so badly and I usually don't! Since I developed and finally recovered from long covid, I have avoided the Pilates studio where I was the only masked person. So I bought myself a Wanda chair first and then Stroops to create a tower over a door. But my space in the doorway was very narrow and restrictive. At first I thought the springs werent stiff enough but after playing with the different attachment points I fi

WOW. Where to begin First things first: I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT. You need to know, right up front, that I'm unapologetic in my enthusiasm for the Stamina InMotion E-1000 Elliptical. I know my review is also pretty long, but you have GOT to hear about this!!I stumbled upon this item after an ad for a similar product (the cubii brand under-desk elliptical) came across my Facebook feed. I work in an office environment. I am sitting in meetings and at my desk for around 40 hours a week at
I'm 5'4 and about 115 pounds and I feel like this machine is perfect for my size. If you are taller there will be some limited movements for certain exercises. I'm surprised by the quality of the machine given the price so it gets 5 stars for value. I was worried the jump board was going to be flimsy but it' actually quite sturdy. The things I don't like about the machine are the shoulder foam pads have been shedding since day 1 and there are a couple of clicking and squeaking noises that I ca
This was very easy to assemble and everything was nicely packaged. I have used this several times already, both standing and sitting, and absolutely love the smooth feel. The monitor easily snaps in and out so you can switch the display to face you whether you are sitting or standing. Have been using for 3years and still holding up well. Yes, you could push the two sides together, but that is not what they are made for. They are meant to be compressed part of the way for constant tension during an exercise, not to be pushed all the way together. Would definitely recommend.

This product is constructed with a heavy duty material and padding on the back. The sides are beveled so it lays flat. My machine is 100 long and the mat lays right under it with about 2 inches on each side (Lengthwise) left over. It made the assembly of my machine go very well. The top material is textured which seems to make it more durable. Even though there were sharp edges during assembly of my machine, this mat stayed strong and did not get damaged. Once the machine (heavy) was assembled,
Really well made and sturdy. Love the rock climbing holds. Definitely check the width of your doors though. They didnt fit on any doors except luckily one closet door is a couple inches shorter than the rest or I would have had to return it.
The Stamina earns its 5 stars for providing value (good function on a relatively low price) and convenience as it can fold in a 3 ft. by 1 ft. bundle for quick and easy storage when needed if one must exercise in a room whose primary function may be something other than a home gym. I purchased mine for my treadmill and I am very happy with my purchase, so far.Briefly, here are the more important facts worth knowing:- 3 ft. wide by 7 ft. long. My wife broke her ankle in 3 places and she lost her leg strength and range of motion due to not being able to walk on it for 2.5 months. We watched the videos on the Sunny Elliptical Peddler and noticed that there was much more ankle flexing when using it compared to other products with strap pedals. She has been using it for a month now and it has significantly helped increase her ankle range of motion as well as strengthened her leg muscles. The key difference is the long flat foot petal whic

It' for a beginner like me.
Love this new rower! Day 6 using it Would buy it again. Came well packed & on time. Easy assembly. The Velcro foot straps needed to be turned around so the strap did not rub the machine while rowing but that easy to do. Not high end gym quality BUT for my home gym its perfect. Great price point, great value for the money, quite, compact, as advertised, good total body & cardio workout.

Impressive build quality at this price point. Smooth in operation, reasonably nice readout, comfortable seat. Fairly easy assembly. Two areas of improvement I would like to see: 1. Position of hand grip at initiation of backstroke is well below knee level, would be better if stroke started in a higher position, pulling more straight back rather than over the knees with up and back stroke. 2. At the highest resistance level, still not that difficult to complete the backstroke. I am 70 years old a

I am very happy with this rebounder. This model has bungees (not springs). It was very easy to put together. It is very comfortable to jump on. It seems made to last and is sturdy. I feel safe jumping on it and I especially like the sturdy handle.

I have a Gratz reformer. The classical handles/foot straps work beautifully when doing the classical Pilates sequence but not so great when using Stott or aeropilates DVDs. Thats why I purchased these.I used a double click to attach each of these loop straps and they work beautifully. Yes, they are a bit shorter than a Stott or Balanced body strap would be but for my purposes those longer straps would be too long. These are quite soft and its quick and easy to switch between hands and feet. Im thrilled that I ended up getting this rower. Its not feature-packed like some other expensive ones, but the more features on a product, the more likely it is to break.
